摘要: Effects of unilateral surgical denervation the interscapular brown adipose tissue (IBAT) on its thermogenic and lipogenic responses to electrical stimulation ventromedial hypothalamic (VMH) nucleus were studied in anesthetized rats. The rapid rise IBAT temperature response VMH was greatly suppressed denervated IBAT, whereas not impaired contralateral innervated same animals. Similarly, increased rates conversion [14C] glucose [3H]H2O fatty acids glyceride glycerol vivo after almost completely inhibited by sympathetic denervation. These results indicate clearly that increases activities are mediated nerve supply this tissue.
