摘要: Owing to the fourth industrial revolution and recent trend for compact, high-performance, multifunctional electrical devices, demand a small high-performance camera module has dramatically increased. To address this, in this study, novel, miniaturized, low-cost with optical image stabilization (OIS) via novel two-axis motional actuator 1-Stage is proposed. date, systematic analysis optimal design method actuators of modules not been proposed yet. Accurate rapid methods are herein. Based on methods, it possible reduce time cost development modules. The usefulness system small, high performance, modules, were verified experimentally study.
