摘要: Owing to the fourth industrial revolution and recent trend for compact, high-performance, multifunctional electrical devices, demand a small high-performance camera module has dramatically increased. To address this, in this study, novel, miniaturized, low-cost with optical image stabilization (OIS) via novel two-axis motional actuator 1-Stage is proposed. date, systematic analysis optimal design method actuators of modules not been proposed yet.
