摘要: Background Mild renal dysfunction (MRD) is an often overlooked but relatively common condition in patients with primary hypertension (PH), and associated high cardiovascular morbidity mortality. Whether MRD also abnormalities vascular resistance currently unknown. Methods Two hundred ninety-one untreated PH were studied. The was defined as a creatinine clearance ≥60 mL/min Results prevalence of our cohort 63%. Patients older, had higher mean blood pressure (BP), pulse pressure, total cholesterol, longer history hypertension, more likely to be men. Renal RI positively related female gender, age, systolic BP, albuminuria, carotid wall thickness cross-sectional area, whereas it inversely diastolic BP clearance. the highest (upper quartile, ≥0.63) showed greater (P = .0005). After adjusting for LDL-cholesterol, we found that risk increased twofold .04) when ≥0.63. Conclusions A reduction presence microalbuminuria are impedence, well signs extrarenal arterial stiffness.
