摘要: The article presents changeability of renal resistive index (RRI) in various cardiovascular diseases and considers the usefulness marker interpretational difficulties index. values RRI are not specific to an individual disease, but a selected group patients, it seems be perfect cardiovasculorenal changes predictor rapid loss function. usually does reflect vascular resistance, is dependent on total local bed compliance changing with age, course consecutive influence drugs. Under conditions, appears good damage. This review summarizes current concepts interpretation against pathologies, focusing damage association regard complex nature value variability.
