摘要: Integrins are heterodimers comprised of non covalently associated α and β subunits (1, 2). This family has been divided into four groups adhesion receptors, according to their subunit. Each group is composed glycoproteins sharing the same subunit different subunits. includes VLA (3), leukocyte proteins LFA-1, Mac-1 p 150,95 (4), cytoadhesin (5), newly identified epithelial integrin (6). The platelet GPIIb/IIIa vitronectin receptor (VNR) belong (5) share subunit, i.e. GPIIIa or VNRβ (7), its primary sequence (8–10) distinct a subunits, GPIIb VNRα (11–13).
