摘要: A cell line (LAMA-84) has been established from the blood of a patient with chronic myeloid leukemia in acute phase. LAMA-84 cells retained patient's chromosome abnormalities, i.e., triplication all chromosomes except 18, presence Philadelphia (Ph) 4-5 copies, and markers. have morphological features undifferentiated blast cells, but analyses indicated that they belong to megakaryocytic lineage; platelet peroxidase (PPO) was found 8.5% cells; reacted spontaneously poly- monoclonal antibodies against glycoproteins (GP) IIb, IIIa, GPIIb/IIIa complex, whose confirmed by crossed immunoelectrophoresis. lack membrane characteristics lymphoid mature granulocytic do, however, react certain immature cells. Furthermore, are positive an antiglycophorin antibody, contain alpha- gamma-globin mRNA, thus demonstrating erythroid marker expression. Thus is tripotent, megakaryocytic, erythroid, line. The markers were enhanced addition DMSO, butyrate, TPA, hemin. represents interesting tool for study differentiation mechanisms neoplastic growth.
