摘要: Abstract The paper presents the first report on fabrication and application of a user friendly mercury free electrochemical sensor, with renewable bismuth bulk annular band working electrode (RBiABE), in stripping voltammetry (SV). sensor body is partly filled internal electrolyte solution, which RBiABE cleaned activated before each measurement. Time contact sample solution precisely controlled. usefulness this was tested by Ni(II) Co(II) traces determination means differential pulse adsorptive (DP AdSV), after complexation dimethylglyoxime (DMG) ammonia buffer (pH 8.2). experimental variables (composition supporting electrolyte, pre-concentration potential time, activation, DP parameters), as well possible interferences, were investigated. linear calibration graphs for Co(II), determined individually together, range from 1 × 10 −8 to 70 × 10  mol L −1 −9 respectively, obtained. calculated limit detection (LOD), 30 s accumulation 3 × 10 case single element’s analysis, whereas LOD 5 × 10 −10 when both metal ions measured together. repeatability voltammetric signals obtained at equal 5.4% 2.5%, respectively ( n  = 5). Finally, proposed method validated determining certified reference waters (SPS-SW1 SPS-SW2) satisfactory results.
