摘要: Objectives: We sought to examine the associations between occupation and upper aerodigestive tract cancers at various anatomic sites. Methods: The Swedish Family-Cancer Database was used calculate standardized incidence ratios for different occupational groups, adjusted age, period, socioeconomic status. Results: Male dentists showed an increased risk tongue cancer; hairdressers had larynx among men pharynx cancer women; launderers dry cleaners lip outdoor occupations such as fishermen, seamen, transport, construction workers risks cancer. Conclusions: Although smoking alcohol drinking can explain some of these results, found dentists, hairdressers, may partly be explained by their work-related exposures; in sunlight exposure.
