摘要: A concept and implementations of an innovative HV capacitor charger system based on resonant modular converter are described. This may function also as a DC power supply. The will be part pulsed supply in corona discharge for pollution control applications. comprises N identical modules fed parallel connected series at their outputs. They clocked by generator shifted pulses (for operation multi-phase mode), thus the ripple both input output is decreased dramatically. switching frequency continuously adjusted to minimize losses ensuring virtually zero-current commutation. inverters series-resonance topology half-bridge inverter with energy dosage characteristic. All have essentially same frequency, since resonance formed leakage inductance transformer stable film capacitors. There two means regulate voltage. Wide-range regulation provided modules' commutation on/off, while fine-tuning done regulation. Special attention was paid designing capable dealing high EMI, outcome electrical discharge.
