摘要: The system comprises an all solid-state compact nanosecond pulser and a plasma reactor. makes use of magnetic compression techniques. Owing to fast switching at the feed HV transformer provided by ABB GCT switch, one stage suffices for forming 45-kV, 100-ns pulses across 120-/spl Omega/ resistive load PRF up 1 kHz; risetime is 15 ns. Plasma reactor capable handling both gases liquids adding small amounts atomized water gas discharge, in case gas, or atomizing polluted liquid itself. In cases, treatment conducted heterogeneous media. Circuit analysis compressor charging accounting nonlinear processes switches numerous parasitic parameters presented. Mechanical electrical designs are detailed. Typical voltage current waveforms, volt-ampere characteristics, corona discharge appearance, light emission characteristics At operation on load, efficiency was found be approximately 80%, which allowed air cooling. experimental results obtained with fair agreement circuit simulation. A novel improving coupling PC proposed evaluated.
