摘要: Techniques for preservation of the blue-green alga Microcystis aeruginosa in liquid nitrogen were examined. Direct freezing algal suspension to -196°C presence 5% v/v dimethylsulphoxide resulted good recoveries. There was no advantage be gained from collapsing gas-vacuoles prior freezing.
