摘要: Abstract A new battery of biocatalyst was evaluated in the synthesis biodiesel using a mix used cooking oil and fats methanol as substrates. Biocatalysts were prepared five different commercial supports (Lifetech™ ECR1061M (styrene/methacrylic polymer), Lifetech™ ECR8804M (octadecyl methacrylate), ECR8806M methacylate), ECR1090M (styrene) ECR1030M (DVB/methacrylic polymer)) for immobilization four lipases (from Rhizomucor miehie (RML), from Thermomyces lanuginosus (TLL) B forms Candida antarctica, (CALA CALB)) phospholipase Lecitase Ultra™ (LU), their performance compared with that biocatalysts (when available: TL-IM, RM-IM Novozyme 435). Results clearly showed methyl ester yields specific activities greatly depend on support. The addition organic solvents usually had positive effects all preparations but not yields, results solvent used, enzyme media. In cases, at least one better than free conditions, general having layer acyl groups gave (octadecyl) when directly immobilized support surface. TLL (except ECR1061M) seemed to be very promising medium, near 80% could achieved direct 3:1 triglyceride molar ratio. show is possible discard couple enzyme/support other because strong dependence.
