摘要: Summary This study investigated the association between genetic variants in two hepatic uptake transporter genes ( SLCO1B1 and SLC10A1 ) risk of anti-tuberculosis drug-induced hepatotoxicity (ATDH) a Chinese cohort. The frequencies distributions single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) haplotypes these were compared among 89 incident ATDH cases 356 matched ATDH-free controls using multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis. After correction for potential confounding factors, significant differences found polymorphism rs4149014 under an addictive model P = 0.008) recessive = 0.016). result haplotype analysis suggested that patients carrying at least one *15 had higher (odds ratio (OR) = 1.74, 95% confidence intervals (CI): 1.04–2.90, = 0.034) comparison with those *1a or *1b haplotypes. These findings indicate are associated development population.
