摘要: Cytokine-dependent mediator release from basophils and mast cells may play an important role in the pathogenesis of allergic inflammatory conditions. Many C-C chemokines have been found to activate cells. We investigated effect three newly identified chemokines, monocyte chemotactic protein-2 -3 (MCP-2, MCP-3) fibroblast-induced cytokine (FIC) on that all cytokines induced histamine secretion a dose-dependent manner. The was Ca(2+)-dependent process. MCP-3 most potent activator basophils. FIC activated study subjects, whereas by MCP-2 donor-dependent. histamine-releasing activity MCP-2, MCP-3, compared with MCP-1, RANTES, macrophage protein-1 alpha using 10 donors. MCP-1 among chemokines. However, nearly as potent. significant chemotaxis None mouse peritoneal synthesis mRNA for reverse-transcription PCR allergen-stimulated PBMC bronchoalveolar lavage Both MNC expressed MCP-3. results this indicate are novel factors.
