摘要: Aloe-emodin is a natural anthraquinone compound from the root and rhizome of Rheum palmatum. In this study, KB cells were treated with 2.5, 5, 10, 20, 40 microM aloe-emodin for 1 to 5 days. The results showed that inhibited cancer in dose-dependent manner. Treatment at 10 resulted cell cycle arrest G2/M phase. alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity increased upon treatment when compared controls. This one first studies focus on expression ALP human oral carcinomas aloe-emodin. These indicate has anti-cancer effect cancer, which may lead its use chemotherapy chemopreventment cancer.
