摘要: In Part 2, the factors impacting Claisen rearrangement both in batch and flow processing are analyzed, including choice of substituent, catalyst, temperature, pressure, concentration, rates, solvent. 1 this review series discussed potential using short-time spectroscopy quantum mechanical calculations to elucidate mechanism transition state rearrangement. Flow offers profound opportunities for studying these known impact done batch. It is shown that same also rule processing, yet now superposed by very different residence reaction time settings novel process windows which go beyond conventional processing. As a result, massive intensification can be reached mechanistic analysis entirely unpaved fields. This links given part 1: it likely further promote understanding and, thereby, achievement better performance.
