摘要: The field of Biobanking requires extensive work to maintain traceability samples. However, sometimes the necessity authenticate a sample may arise. To address these circumstances, we herein present method for authenticating derivatives by using blood spot from each donor, attached authentication form, means genetic profiling. Blood spots are collected at time is donated health centre and before processing biobank. test validity our approach over time, analyzed 26 stored room temperature in facilities more than 15 years. DNA was successfully extracted three storage materials tested this study STR markers plus amelogenin were subsequently analyzed. small form proved be efficient profiling and, therefore, constitute long-lasting (at least years), cost-effective effortless samples biobanks.
