One-pot synthesis nickel sulfide/amorphous molybdenum sulfide nanosheets array on nickel foam as a robust oxygen evolution reaction electrocatalyst

摘要: Abstract To design highly efficient and low-cost electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction (OER) is a great challenge electrochemical water splitting. Here we introduce simple cost-effective strategy one-step synthesis of three-dimensional Ni 3 S 2 /MoS X (x close to 3) nanosheets on foam (NF) via sovelthermal reaction. The performance the NF has been investigated exhibits superior OER electrocatalytic activity as well excellent durability. As novel non-noble-metal catalyst operating in basic electrolytes, this 3D cathode an onset overpotential low 165 mV, Tafel slope 67.5 mV dec −1 remarkable long-term stability. This maintains its catalytic at least 14 h only affords 50, 100, 150 mA cm −2 current densities overpotentials 215 mV, 265 mV 305 mV respectively.
