摘要: With recent emphasis on development of alternatives to fossil fuels, sincere attempts are being made finding suitable lignocellulosic feedstocks for biological conversion fuels and chemicals. Sweet Sorghum is among the most widely adaptable cereal grasses, with high drought resistance, ability grow low quality soils inputs. It a C4 crop photosynthetic efficiency biomass yield. Our research objective optimize lime pretreatment sweet sorghum bagasse its enzymatic into fermentable sugars biofuels. was ground passed through 35 mesh screen. Moisture content approximately 12%. had 32.3% cellulose, 21.2% hemicelluloses, 8.3% acid detergent lignin dry matter basis. Lime provided in atmospheric pressure at 100oC. The concentration varied from 0.05 g/g 0.2 biomass; reaction time 1 hour 3 hours, liquid loading 7 20 ml solution /g sample. Pretreated hydrolyzed mixture two enzymes, Accellerase® 1500 (Cellulase) 0.24 mL/g SSB XC (xylanase) 0.25 ml/g SSB, measured total reducing by DNS (1,3-dinitrosalicylic acid) reagent.
