摘要: Abstract Rapid economic growth of China’s industry has brought many problems. Among them, the problems energy shortage and environmental pollution have become increasingly serious. The quick development big data new challenges opportunities for management. In this paper, we propose a envelopment analysis (DEA) model to analyze efficiency industrial sectors from 30 provincial-level regions in order determine potential route saving (ES) carbon emission reduction (CER). DEA not only considers dynamic data, but also involves technology heterogeneity closest targets, which could achieve or provide ES CER step by with least effort. approach is illustrated using regional dataset China some implications are proposed.
