摘要: Abstract The requirements for a reliable analysis program XAFS spectra to obtain structural information are listed. Besides the more generally recognized items, it is emphasized that criteria assess whether model found reasonable, and fast error which assures content of data not exceeded, should be included. University Washington UWXAFS described satisfies listed includes multiple scattering (MS) contributions in an efficient manner utilizing FEFF program, fits R-space allow limiting MS paths.
