摘要: The local structural properties of TiO2 nanoparticles (NPs) were investigated under ultraviolet light (UV) using in-situ X-ray absorption fine structure measurements at the Ti K edge. XAFS analysis showed that bond lengths atomic pairs distorted by 0.1 A and Debye–Waller factors increased substantially UV light, compared with those no light. These results suggested changes caused photocatalyst reactivity oxygen atoms in NPs. Unlike other techniques, is sensitive to detect during photocatalytic reactivity.
