摘要: The information-centric networking (ICN) adopts a content name as network identifier and utilizes in-network storages to cache the contents. With name-based routing caching, ICN can provide substantial benefits such faster retrieval traffic reduction by exploiting nearby (cached) copy of reducing duplicated transmissions for same request. Prior researches on usually rely an opportunistic cache-hit (happen-to-meet) utilize storages. In happen-to-meet fashion, only cached path towards source be utilized, which limits network-wide usage To exploit contents better, we propose discovery scheme, dubbed SCAN, copies efficient delivery. SCAN exchanges information among neighbor routers using Bloom filters discovery. extensive simulations, shows better performance than scheme in terms average hop counts, volume, load balancing links.
