摘要: The magnitude of the problem hypertension in diabetic patients is illustrated by Fig. 1. In Type I diabetics with no proteinuria, prevalence higher than age- and sex-matched cohorts general population. Hypertension increases progressively more advanced stages nephropathy. Even striking high nonproteinuric II diabetics, an observation which may be related — at least part to possible role insulin raising blood pressure as recently discussed many authors. progressive severity nephropathy such occurs diabetics.
