摘要: Multi-component reactions are finding increasing use in the discovery process of new drugs and agrochemicals. Some years ago they were considered as highly exotic types organic reactions. Recently, many groups have realized that field multi-component is full opportunities. These comprise fast efficient production small-molecular-weight compound libraries, atom-economic chemistry, very large chemical improvements total synthesis, applications bioconjugate well related fields (e.g. biology).
