摘要: The effect of abscisic acid on growth, respiration, the ATP pool, and rate amount RNA synthesis in aseptically cultured axes Phaseolus vulgaris during first 24 hours germination has been measured experiments where duration application its concentration have varied. At concentrations from 10(-7) to 10(-4)m, inhibits with maximal inhibition (80%) at 10(-5)m. is inhibited by all times examined (12, 18, hours), but extent 18 hours. In 18-hour 42%, pool size reduced 3%, O(2) consumption decreased 6% after 75 minutes treatment. Inhibition complete 2 treatment acid, recovery near control levels occurs 3rd hour removal acid.
