摘要: The two principal phytoalexins of Phaseolus vulgaris L., phaseollin and kievitone accumulated in cotyledons, hypocotyls roots response to treatment with mercuric chloride. Calculations the natural logarithm kievitone/phaseollin ratio (lnKP) show that was highest cotyledons decreased through hypocotyl roots. Cell wall preparations from Rhizoctonia solani induced relatively higher levels than (high lnKP) same for three types tissue. Thus elicitors probably operate at different stages regulatory mechanisms. High concentrations (10−4m, 10−6m) exogenously applied abscisic acid reduced all tissues, regardless which elicitor used. Endogenous were found be both chloride treated differences endogenous do not determine ln KP by elicitors. In changes leading lnKP brought about achieved ways. Both production a concentration 10−4m but slightly stimulated 10−6m. similar effects on tissues preparation suggests they affect mechanism.
