摘要: Abstract High mol. wt cell-wall components were isolated from four races of Colletotrichum lindemuthianum . They elicited browning and phytoalexin accumulation when applied to cotyledons several different French bean varieties, but the extent these responses did not match specific differential pattern resistance susceptibility varieties races. There were, however, consistent differences between any race, variety Kievit in particular giving a greater response than others. Kievitone was main produced by cotyledons. Similar results obtained using new bioassay involving injection wall into unifoliate leaves.
