摘要: Abstract Extracellular components from the α race of Colletotrichum lindemuthianum exhibited differential elicitor activity on three bean cultivars. A purified carbohydrate-rich induced higher accumulations phenolics, phytoalexins (kievitone, phaseollinisoflavan and phaseollin) mRNAs corresponding to enzymes phenylalanine ammonia-lyase (PAL) chalcone synthase (CHS) in two incompatible cultivars compared with a compatible cultivar. Two peak periods PAL CHS mRNA accumulation were observed an 8 h period. Treatment same less homogeneous preparations resulted different proportions accumulating during periods. Elicitor treatments did not always induce coordinate increases mRNAs. Enhanced phenolic synthesis was correlated phytoalexins. These observations suggest that any relationship between specificity plant-microbe interaction is highly complex.
