摘要: A total of 423 blood samples were collected (during 2009 and 2010) from all the ram holdings at three major Jordanian governmental Awassi breeding stations (Al-Khanasry, Al-Mushairfa Al-Fjaje) two private flocks. All screened for presence mutations CNGA3 gene (responsible day blindness in sheep) using RFLP-PCR.
