摘要: Abstract Imbalances in glutamatergic signaling have been proposed as the cause of several neurological disturbances. The use MK-801, an N-methyl-d-aspartate (NMDA) receptor antagonist, to mimic features these disorders is effective both mammals and fish. However, variability subunits comprising NMDA during development alters pharmacokinetic properties leads different responses this drug.
