摘要: Cell sheet engineering allows investigators/clinicians to prepare cell-dense three-dimensional (3-D) tissues, and various clinical trials with these fabricated tissues have already been performed for regenerating damaged tissues. sheets are easily manipulated 3-D can be rapidly by layering the cell sheets. This study used optical coherence tomography (OCT) noninvasively analyze following processes: (1) adhesions between layered sheets, (2) beating functional interaction of cardiac sheet-tissues fabricating thicker The tight couplings could observed cross-sectionally in real time. Importantly, noninvasive cross-sectional analyses OCT make possible fabricate confirming adherence technology would contribute regenerative medicine.
