摘要: During the epididymal maturation, spermatozoa interact with different populations of epididymosomes and sequentially acquire some epididymosome-associated proteins critical to sperm functions. Although very few associated have been identified, physiological importance these vesicles in maturation remains unclear. To document relevant issues, lipid protein analysis from caput cauda fluids was determined. Lipid revealed a particular composition specific phospholipids vesicles; levels phosphatidyl-ethanolamine, phosphatidyl-inositol phosphatidyl-choline being higher epididymosomes. From 555 438 identified caput- cauda-derived epididymosomes, respectively, 231 were both types epididymosome. Proteins exclusively are mainly enzymes transporter molecules. The presence several glycan-modifying is hallmark proteome. Among common epididymosome, subset Rab SNARE implicated vesicle trafficking membrane fusion identified. Together, data suggest that involved various molecular functions suggesting during transit, which could modify male gamete sequential manner.
