摘要: This in vitro study evaluated the marginal gap at composite tooth/resin interface class V cavities under influence of two insertion techniques and a curing system by means atomic force microscopy (AFM). Forty enamel dentin were prepared on buccal surface bovine teeth with quadratic forms measuring 2 mm × depth 1.5 mm. The then divided into four groups: group A, 10 restored one increment, light cured halogen light; B, filled bulk filling, emitting diodes (LED); C, incremental technique, D, LED. underwent polishing procedure analyzed AFM for tooth/restoration evaluation. data compared between groups using nonparametric Kruskall-Wallis Mann-Whitney tests (p < 0.05). results showed statistically significant difference A B C. It was concluded that no polymerization technique able to completely seal cavity.
