摘要: Sodium cellulose sulfate–water soluble chitosan (NaCS–WSC) microcapsules loaded with lactoferrin were fabricated special performances using different degree of substitution (DS) NaCS and WSC as potential micro-drug-carriers for colon. Effect cross-linking agent (sodium polyphosphate) DS on the structures was studied. The results laser scanning confocal microscope showed that fluorescein isothiocyanate-labeled distributed evenly in drug-loaded cross-linker. NaCSs (DS: 0.51 DS: 0.66, respectively) chosen to prepare cross-linker comparison studies. had some effects erosion properties which ratios higher than but no effect swelling behaviors. Drug loading encapsulation efficiencies 0.66) 51.05 ± 0.97 75.88 ± 1.44 %, respectively, 0.51. In vitro release studies percentage drug 0.51) 0.66 simulated colonic fluid (pH 6.4) under mechanism Anomalous (non-Fickian) transport, indicating they are promising candidates sustained protein delivery carriers performances.
