摘要: Interpenetrating polymer networks (IPNs) based on polyacrylamide and polyvinyl alcohol for hydrogel capsules were synthesized. These evaluated as drug-delivery devices using Crystal Violet Bromothymol Blue model drugs. The observed drug release is higher semi-II-IPN than full-IPN. drug-release behaviors from these analyzed by the exponent relation Mt/Mα = Ktn, where “K” “n” are constants fraction of released until time “t.” constant was found to be above 0.5, which suggests that follows non-Fickian diffusional model. mechanical behavior disks also analyzed. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
