Effects of Thai Foot Massage on Balance Performance in Diabetic Patients with Peripheral Neuropathy: A Randomized Parallel-Controlled Trial

摘要: BACKGROUND Peripheral neuropathy is the most common complications of diabetic patients and leads to loss plantar cutaneous sensation, movement perception, body balance. MATERIAL AND METHODS Sixty type-2 diabetes were recruited randomly assigned into either or control groups. The group received a modified traditional for 30 min, 3 days per week 2 weeks. We measured timed up go (TUG), one leg stance: OLS), range motion (ROM) foot, sensation (SWMT) before treatment, after first single session, 2-week treatment.
