摘要: Cardiac complications of the pediatric patients with acute leukemia are common. Most cardiac may be due to chemotherapeutics such as antracyclins, besides anemia, infections, or direct leukemic infiltrations heart. It is reported that infiltration frequent in postmortem examination myocardium and pericardium. However, at antemortem examination, pericardial involvement rare there no myocardial time diagnosis English literature. Here, authors report an adolescent lymphoblastic who had diagnosis.
