摘要: Pluronic polyols markedly improved the growth of two human lymphocyte cell lines when added to medium in concentrations 0.05 0.1%. The results current studies suggest that, addition protective effect against mechanical damage mammalian cells submerged cultures, pluronic compounds may also, by lowering surface tension, facilitate transport metabolites into and thus increase rate.
