摘要: A bioreactor system based on internal membrane aeration and perfusion was used to cultivate a variety of mammalian insect cell lines for the production recombinant proteins, monoclonal antibodies or biomass. The efficiency this reactor is evaluated with respect maximum concentration, productivity lifetime in order give some fundamental data comparison other stirred tank bioreactors. Due capacities perfusion, eight thirty fold increases concentration compared batch cultivation culture flasks could be obtained routinely unchanged viabilities.
