摘要: ABSTRACT A suspension culture in a homogeneous stirred bubble free aerated system with continuous medium exchange was established for the cell line BHK 21 pSVIL2. High densities of up to 3·107 ml–1 were reached. The production IL-2, which did not exceed 1 mg d–1 previous microcarrier processes based on 1-l-bioreactors, increased 4 d–1. Using specific supplementation amino acids IL-2 6 at high weeks cultivation. Compared other serum-free formulations cultivation protein-free had lowest costs and also lowered burden downstream processing. Data are shown concerning further optimization process going from culture.
