摘要: The ambiguous source and uncontrolled solubility of gelatin make it crucial to develop capsule substitutes. Nanocrystalline cellulose (NCC) excellent mechanical performance, good biocompatibility green origin has drawn many attentions as a new class biomaterials. In this work, NCC was prepared by dipping method with PEG glycerol plasticizer. effect on the rheological property gel surface morphology evaluated. disintegration time meet criteria in United States Pharmacopoeia (USP32-701).There is no significant difference release sulfuric acid between capsule. thus potential platform for biomedical applications drug delivery.
