摘要: Abstract In this work the introduction of a cellulase treatment prior to NCC isolation was assessed. produced using sulfuric acid at two different concentrations (62 and 64% wt.). The effect pore size for filtration step also smaller dose leaded yields up 65–70% average 160 nm. It crystals with reduced sulfur content (0.6–1%). Cellulase pretreatment influenced characteristics, as it increased overall yield 12%, particle around 35 nm 0.8%. We found that conditions enzymatic treatments led quantitative differences on their effects NCC. Acetate buffer used counteract acid. evidence presented in suggested pretreating fibers represents very interesting option partially replace chemicals isolation.
