摘要: In this research, a needle trap device (NTD) packed with nanoporous silica aerogel as sorbent was used new technique for sampling and analysis of formaldehyde acrolein compounds in aqueous urine samples. The obtained results were compared those the commercial Carboxen1000. Active 21-G applied extraction gas sample headspace. optimization experimental parameters like salt addition, temperature desorption time done performance NTD evaluated. optimum 280 °C 2 min, respectively. ranges limit detection, quantification relative standard deviation (RSD) 0.01–0.03 μg L−1, 0.03–0.1 μg L−1 2.8–7.3%, It found that containing had better performance. Thus, can be an effective reliable method aldehyde from different biological matrices urine, exhalation so on.
