摘要: The present study evaluated an occupational exposure level for formaldehyde employing benchmark dose (BMD) approach. Dose–response relationship was determined by utilizing cumulative and DNA damage. Based on this goal, outcome of comet assay some Iranian exposed people in individuals used. In order to assess exposure, 53 occupationally selected from four melamine tableware workshops 34 unexposed subjects as a control group were examined. carried out according the NIOSH-3500 method, damage obtained peripheral blood cells. EPA Benchmark Dose Software employed calculating BMD BMDL. Cumulative between 2.4 1972 mg. According findings current study, induction persons increased tail length moment (p < 0.001), when compared controls. Finally, acceptable dose–response three-category information doses genetic toxicity. BMDL 0.034 mg/m3 (0.028 ppm), corresponding It can be concluded that permissible limit could at levels lower than OSHA standards.
