摘要: The type III pneumocyte or alveolar brush-border cell was studied in the normal adult rat by transmission electron microscopy. observation of thick sections and technique with alcian blue-lanthanum nitrate gave precisions on fine structure this revealing existence pinocytotic micro-vesicles, basal ergastoplasm proximity unmyelinated nervous fibres. different morphological data were confronted hypothesis playing an chemoreceptive part. Different appearances body suggest other hand contractile properties a not well known determinism. Present concerning origin are discussed.
