摘要: The solute-drag-dependent growth kinetics of core-shell-structured grains in rare-earth-doped BaTiO3 ceramics was studied based on an analytical description the diffusion rare-earth atoms doped. Dependence sizes grain core and shell sintering conditions, dopant content, starting powder size quantitatively revealed. effective dielectric constant calculated terms relative contents ferroelectric paraelectric shell. calculations are good agreement with experimental observations.
