摘要: The formation of separate phases in crystalline materials is promoted by doping with elements different valences and ionic radii. Control the multiferroics extremely important for their magnetic, ferroelectric elastic properties, which are relevant multifunctional applications. ordering dopants incipient phase separation were studied lead titanate-based formula (Pb0.88Nd0.08)(Ti0.98−xFexMn0.02)O3 (x = 0.00, 0.03, 0.04, 0.05) means a combination Mossbauer spectroscopy, XPS, HRTEM, dielectric anelastic spectroscopy. We found that Fe ions substituted as Fe3+ at Ti sites preferentially exhibit pentahedral coordination, whereas have coexisting Ti4+/Ti3+. ordered clusters, there exists transition temperature TC1, below occurs between tetragonal T1 free magnetic clusters cubic phase, lower TC2, rich transformed into T2. persists nanoscale level down to room visible HRTEM images mixing nanodomains tetragonality ratios. This was observed over whole concentration range xFe values. It progressively value xFe, TC2 decreases from about 620 K (xFe 0.03) 600 0.05), while TC1 remains nearly constant.
