摘要: Abstract Context.—Cadherins are cell-cell adhesion proteins that act as tumor suppressor genes and have a critical role in cell sorting tissue formation during organogenesis. The pattern of cadherin expression constitutes useful diagnostic prognostic tool the evaluation tumors for determining histogenesis cells. We previously characterized types several based on individual cadherins. Objective.—To investigate cadherins Merkel carcinomas. Design.—Paraffin immunohistochemical analysis 3 best-studied was performed 35 cases carcinoma.
