摘要: 1. The regulation of cerebrospinal fluid (c.s.f.) bicarbonate concentration was studied using the cat choroid plexus isolated in a chamber situ. 2. Decreases plasma caused relatively small changes c.s.f. concentration. 3. Alterations (c.s.f. HCO3-=9 or 28 m-equiv/l.) were countered by produced rate transport which returned towards normal. 4. There significant pH during hypocapnia and hypercapnia. 5. acid-base status did not significantly alter potential difference across plexus. However, increased when decreased decreased. 6. data indicate that is actively regulated disturbances occurring either systemically
